Pastry for Double Crust Pie

Lard
Water (cold)

- In a mixing bowl, stir four and salt together.
- Using a pastry blender, cut in lard until pieces are pea size.
- Sprinkle 1 tbsp of cold water over part of the mixture.
- Gently toss with a fork.
- Push moistened dough to the side of the bowl.
- Repeat steps 3 - 5 until the dough is moistened.
- Divide the dough in half.
- Form each half into a ball.
